William Murray

NSREA Board Member

William Murray is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and licensed real estate broker, and a senior member of NSREA. He was appointed to the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board in 2018 and reappointed in 2023. He is broker of WAM Real Estate Service, Inc. in Atlanta, and has served on the boards of NSREA, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Empire Board of Realtists. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Florida A&M University.

His history with NSREA spans more than four decades, with more than 40 years of VA appraisal experience and Atlanta real estate brokerage dating to 1974.

His session tells the story of why NSREA was created, how it developed, and why its mission remains relevant to the next generation.
