Oscar Sistrunk III holds the MAI designation and brings commercial appraisal expertise, appraisal education and course development, and NSREA national and Georgia leadership. He has approximately 45 years of higher-education experience at Morehouse College and is developing expertise in AI-assisted appraisal production and in cryptocurrency and real estate.

He appears on both days: in the Day One technology conversation, and on Day Two with an educational session on Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and real estate.
