Kelly Davids
Kelly Davids is President and CEO of The Appraisal Foundation, the congressionally authorized source of appraisal standards and appraiser qualifications in the United States. The Foundation develops the standards and qualification framework; states license appraisers and enforce those requirements.
Before joining the Foundation, she served as Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing, where she was the chief regulator for Ohio's appraisers. She also held senior-level positions under two Ohio governors, served multiple terms in elected office, and earned a master's degree in Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University.
Her keynote addresses the national appraisal landscape, pathways into the profession, education and experience requirements, workforce development, technology and AI, and the importance of bringing new professionals into valuation.
