Byron Miller holds the SRA designation and is an appraisal instructor. He served four years on the Appraiser Qualifications Board and has specialty appraisal experience that includes eminent-domain assignments, along with legislative experience in Minnesota.

His session shows that “appraiser” does not describe a single job: from conventional valuation into eminent domain, litigation support, complex property, government assignments, right-of-way work and consulting, and how credentials open each door.
